THESIS

A barrier of how how humans treat one another was created from the color of their skin and their cultural background.  There were not many ways to get past those barriers and get along until a certain type of music was heard and then most people could do only one thing.  That was to agree on the fact that Jimi Hendrix was the greatest guitar player that anyone had ever heard. Changing rock music and breaking the skin color barrier by bringing people together to hear mind altering music. Hendrix made history throughout the 60’s playing music for not only the African-American culture but for other cultures as well. But at that time playing hard rock and blues rock together was considered a disgrace to his culture. Hendrix’s life outlook that he spread through the power of love and music continues to be embraced amongst many cultures to this day.
